Terms of Business

All goods are offered subject to availability

Damages and or shortages must be advised within 24 hours of delivery otherwise claims cannot be allowed.

The minimum delivery value is £40.00. A charge of £2.50 plus VAT may be levied on orders below this amount.

Ownership of goods delivered to customers shall pass only on receipt of full payment by Forteith Foodservice.

All goods are delivered on a payment with order basis unless otherwise agreed.

For customers who have established credit accounts, payment is due by the 15th of the month following that in which goods were received. Settlement in accordance with our terms is required to ensure continuity of supplies.
